We launched Picollator Online, unique image search engine for everyone. Picollator is able to help you find photos of people more easily than any existing text-based search system. You can simply upload a photo to start search.
Now it makes no difference that you do not remember the person's exact name, date of birth, place of living and all the details of that kind and you don't know who or what you are looking for, or you can't express the search query in words.

02.10 Recogmission representatives visited the exhibition Digital Management Solutions in Cologne
On around 17,000 square meters of exhibition space at DMS EXPO in Cologne, more than 350 exhibitors were revealing how electronic processes can take the place of processes that generate mountains of paper and e-mails and endless versions of a single file. And how to make major time and cost savings as a result. Recogmission represented the unique facial recognition-based digital media system for easily indexing, searching and retrieval of images online and in corporate databases.

27.07 Picollator to be on market very soon
The problem of image search is acute and familiar to everyone who tried to find the certain picture. Up to the moment you were using textual search to find some photo or textual query was the only way to find the photo. But now we changed the situation absolutely. Our cutting edge system doesn't require words to find images. It is able to detect faces and recognize them on the photo or video content. Our innovative system is based on pattern recognition and object localization technologies developed within our company.
Our innovative indexing system uses visual patterns as criteria for media classification and image search. Currently the system identifies faces on images and video in large multimedia databases and organizes your digital images in accordance with presence of detected persons. The system enables you to search through the image collection for some specific image or video using non-textual search, by submitting an image sample.

The project of Recogmission LLC represented at the US-Russian Global Technology Symposium has evoked considerable interest on the part of both large-scale IT companies and investment funds, which resulted in a number of business agreements.

Recogmission project ‘Intelligent system for digital image search and amateur photo albums management’ won the competition Microsoft Start 07. The project is funded by the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises and Microsoft Russia.
